Cheetah Tool – License & Device Login Policy
To ensure fair license usage, protect user accounts, and prevent unauthorized license sharing, Cheetah Tool uses a device management system with the following rules.
1. Maximum of 4 Registered Devices
Each Cheetah Tool license allows you to log in on a maximum of 4 different computers.
Once a computer successfully logs in, it is automatically registered to your license.
You cannot register a 5th computer while all 4 device slots are occupied.
2. Hour Login Switching Interval
A minimum interval of 2 hours is required when switching between registered computers.
After logging in on one computer, you must wait 2 hours before logging in from another computer.
This restriction applies even if the computer you are switching to is already registered to your license.
3. Month Device Registration Period
Every registered computer remains linked to your license for 3 months (90 days) from the time it is registered.
During this period:
- The registered computer occupies one of your 4 available device slots.
- The device cannot be manually removed or replaced.
- Logging out or switching to another computer does not reset or shorten the registration period.
Once the 3-month period expires, the device is automatically removed from your registered device list, freeing up one device slot.
4. Adding a 5th Computer
If all 4 device slots are occupied, you cannot log in from a new computer.
To register a 5th computer, you must wait until at least one of your currently registered devices completes its 3-month registration period and is automatically removed.
Once a slot becomes available, you can log in from your new computer, subject to the 2-hour switching interval.
5. Important Notes
- Each license is intended for individual use and must not be shared with other users.
- Reinstalling Windows, changing computers, or using another Windows installation may be treated as a new device.
- The 2-hour switching interval and 3-month device registration period are enforced automatically by the Cheetah Tool server.
- Please choose your registered computers carefully before logging in.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
